MEET MICKAYLA SPAULDING

"You can't depend on your eyes when your imaginationis out of focus." Mark Twain

Mickayla "Mickey" Spaulding is a Missouri native and Central Methodist University graduate with dual degrees in Marketing & Advertising and Communications & Broadcasting, where she also competed collegiately in both golf and volleyball. Throughout her career, her number one goal has always been the same: connecting with people, and everything she has built reflects that.

During her final years at Central Methodist, Mickey signed on as a marketing lead for Exchange Bank of Missouri, eventually overseeing marketing across all five of its locations in Slater, Fayette, Boonville, Fulton, and Marshall. Her work there centered on what mattered most to those communities: agriculture, community pride, and school spirit. It was during this time that she created the AAA Scholarship, recognizing students who excelled academically, athletically, or in the arts, awarding one student from each category at every public school across her locations.

After college, Mickey joined the Milwaukee Brewers organization, where she traveled nationally as a community promoter and game host, with media appearances on SiriusXM Radio, multiple podcasts, and the baseball radio circuit.

From there, she brought that same energy into chamber work with the Greater Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce. During her time there, she performed over 150 ribbon cuttings in a single year, developed and sold a six to seven tiered networking event series for small business owners, and launched an annual Ambassador Award event to celebrate members making a real impact in their community. Recognizing that Pea Ridge, though part of the greater Bentonville area, was largely being overlooked, Mickey took it upon herself to bring them into the fold. Through partnerships with local leadership, she helped organize a Christmas parade that gave Pea Ridge businesses a moment in the spotlight and raised funds donated back to Bright Futures in Joplin. The event was featured on 40/29 News. Mickey has also been featured on Later with Jason Suel on FOX24, where she spoke on business development and supporting small businesses in a region where Fortune 1 companies call home.

Mickayla was drawn to McDonald County for its beauty, its quiet, and its community. She is excited to be of service to the local businesses here and to be a voice for them. Feel free to reach out; she would love to connect.
