MEET MALLORY MARTINEZ

"You can't depend on your eyes when your imagination is out of focus." Mark Twain

I'm Mallory Martinez, branch manager at Community Bank & Trust in Anderson, Missouri. Banking has been my career for over 10 years now, and in that time I've learned that it's never really been about the transactions — it's about the people on the other side of the counter.

I love that my job lets me be a familiar, trusted face for so many families and businesses in our community. Whether someone's opening their very first savings account, working toward a loan for a new home, or just stopping in to say hello, I want them to feel like they're walking into a place that genuinely cares about them — because we do.

Being involved with the Chamber has been a natural extension of that same commitment. It gives me the chance to connect with other local business leaders, share ideas, and work together toward the kind of growth that lifts our whole community — not just one business at a time. I truly value the relationships I've built through that work.

Anderson is a special community, and being able to serve it through my work at the bank is something I don't take for granted. I'm proud to help our customers build their financial futures while staying rooted in the small-town values that make this place feel like home.
