Mow Crew Driver and Lawn Care Technician

What We Offer:

• Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 / hour starting (based on experience).

• Benefits: 40 hours Paid Sick Time + 40 hours Paid Holidays (inc. Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Christmas).

• Schedule: Consistent 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday. (Weekends off unless rain delays us).

• Growth: We pay for your certifications in Irrigation, Turf Management, and Landscape Design.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50–80 lbs repetitively.

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.

• Ability to work in all weather conditions.

• Must pass a background check and drug test.

Schedule Type: Full Time

Compensation Type: Hourly
