Sound Bath returns this Sunday at 2:00 PM. Come about 15 minutes early to set up your space and get comfortable. Bring your mat , pillow, blanket or reclining lawn chair, and wind down to the soothing sounds of singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drums rattles and more. They will transport you to a deeply relaxed healing state.There is a donation can, but this event is free and donations are purely voluntary.I hope to see you there
