Improvement Plan (CHIP) for McDonald County
Description
We have been working on a Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) for McDonald County and have narrowed down our focus to three areas: diabetes, mental health, and substance abuse & misuse.
Our meetings are held monthly on the fourth Wednesday at the Pineville Community Center. Food, drinks, and door prizes are always available at each meeting. We would like to invite you to attend these meetings with us to make a positive impact on our community.
